Monthly VEC (ARRL) Testing
Amateur Radio is required to administer FCC amateur license tests, as the agency no longer does direct testing. The SPRC is affiliated with the ARRL testing program and holds these test sessions monthly in the Basswood Room of the Roseville Fire Station at the corner of Ramsey County Road "C" and Lexington. The VE sessions begin at 9:00 am on the first Saturday of each month, with the exception of this September, when the session will be on September 11, 2010.
